DELIVERY METHOD AND TIMING

We work with reputable delivery partners such as Correo Express, DHL and Packlink whom we trust with all of our hearts.

Once your order been shipped, an email will be sent to you with the tracking number.

If you have not receive your purchases within 3-5 working days (for Spain, mainland). For Europe it will take 14 working days. Please contact us immediately if you do not receive your order within this time period.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All business day delivery will be made from Monday to Friday, between 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

No deliveries will be made during weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and Public Holidays.

Deliveries can be delayed due to weather conditions.
RETURN POLICY
In case of breakage, images of the Merchandise and the outer and inner packaging, as well as the content and obvious damage (cracks in the cases, for example) upon receipt:
Photo of damaged merchandise in its entirety: The photo must show the damage in its entirety and not just a close-up or part of it. If the damage is not noticeable in a general image, it will be necessary to add an additional image of the item in which it is visible. If more than one damaged item is found, the image must include a grouping of all items.
Photograph of the merchandise with its inner packaging: the photograph must show that the packaging used protected the content during transport. Image of damaged merchandise inside the packaging, as it reached the recipient.
Delivery note with comments by the Recipient, in case of damage.
The deadline for the resolution of a claim for loss or damage is 30 days. This period will begin when the file is complete and is delivered to the Insurer.
Parcel shipping service is through Packlink Pro shipping services. Parcel insurance is covered by Packlink Pro Insurance Provider.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your claim is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and shipping notification will be reported after the package has been shipped.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may qualify under the break and damage replacement policy, unfortunately sale Items cannot be claimed.
